Signal Desk Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Signal Desk. By clicking "I agree" or using the service you accept them. If you use it for a business, you confirm you can bind that business.
1. Who we are
Signal Desk is provided by the owner of this service ("we", "us"). Contact: signaldesk.admin@gmail.com.
2. Your account
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you let use it.
- Give accurate information and use a password of at least 10 characters. Tell us right away if you think your account was accessed without permission.
- We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or the account is a security risk.
3. What you may and may not do
You may use Signal Desk for your own business. You may not:
- copy, resell, sublicense, rent or white-label it without our written permission;
- reverse engineer, scrape, probe for vulnerabilities or try to get around its access controls, including another client's data;
- upload anything unlawful, infringing, malicious or that you have no right to use;
- use it to send spam, harass people or break the rules of a connected platform (for example Meta, TikTok, YouTube or Google);
- use it to build a competing product.
4. Your content and data
You own the content and business data you put in. You give us a limited right to store and process it only to run and support the service for you. We keep each client's data separate and do not sell it. See the Privacy Policy for details.
5. Our property
Signal Desk, its code, design, name and logo belong to us. You get a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use it while these terms apply. Feedback you give may be used by us without payment or credit.
6. Connected services
If you connect third-party accounts (Google, Metricool, social networks), you are responsible for having the right to do so and for following their terms. We are not responsible for outages, limits or changes made by those services. You can disconnect them at any time, and we may disconnect them if needed for security.
7. Confidentiality
Your use is also covered by the Signal Desk Confidentiality Agreement you accept alongside these terms. If the two conflict on a confidentiality point, the Confidentiality Agreement controls.
8. Fees
If your plan has fees, the price and billing terms we agreed with you apply. Beta or free access may be changed or ended at any time.
9. No guarantee, limited liability
Signal Desk is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will be error-free or always available, or that it will produce any particular result such as reach, rankings or sales. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the prior 12 months (or $100 if you paid nothing), and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits. These limits do not apply to fraud, willful harm or violation of law, or anything California law does not allow us to limit.
10. Ending
You can stop using the service and ask us to close your account at any time. On request we will export your data within 30 days and then delete it, except what the law requires us to keep. Sections that by nature should continue (confidentiality, our property, liability, governing law) survive.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will ask you to accept the new version before you continue, and we record the version you accepted.
12. Law and disputes
California law governs. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Orange County, California. If a clause is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. These terms and the Confidentiality Agreement are the whole agreement between us on this subject.
